February is National Heart Month, and we wanted to take the opportunity to celebrate all of our members taking action to improve their heart health. Heart disease is the leading cause of death in the United States, taking nearly 700,000 lives per year. While not all cases of heart disease are preventable, the risk is lower for people who follow a healthy diet, exercise regularly, and take care of their mental health. In other words, Mighty Health members like you!
