Nutrition Q&A with Coach Lindsay!

We're so excited to invite you all to a live Q&A event with Mighty Coach Lindsay to answer all of your nutrition related questions! Whether you have questions about healthy alternatives or how to maintain a low-carb diet amidst a busy schedule, Lindsay will be there to give you her helpful advice! The event will be hosted on May 15th at 9am Pacific / noon Eastern via Zoom.

Low-Carb Cooking Challenge

But that's not all! After the event is over, we will be launching our first ever nutrition challenge: the Low-Carb Cooking Challenge! You will see the challenge track pop up in your explore tab and it will include a cooking video led by Mary Aschieris. 🧑‍🍳 Mary will be teaching everyone how to make delicious roasted chicken thighs with garlic butter and broccoli.

Everyone will have until May 31st to cook the recipe and send a photo to their coach to complete the challenge. All members who complete it will be entered into a raffle and three winners will receive a $100 Amazon Fresh gift card! 💸 If you attend both the nutrition Q&A and complete the challenge, you will be given two entries into the raffle!

How To Add Your Challenge Track (available May 15th)

  1. Go to the Explore Tab

  2. Tap on the green "Lessons" button

  3. Select the "Low-Carb Cooking Challenge" and tap join
