Spring Into April Challenge

Spring has sprung, which means we can finally start to get outside more often and get moving! ☀️ With temperatures warming up, it's a wonderful time to start a new workout challenge and get active in the new season!

The Spring into April Workout Challenge consists of 12 workouts — an essential mix of cardio, strength training, and stretching. They're the perfect series to help you lose weight or strengthen your core muscle groups. As with all of our challenges, we have a beginner and intermediate track so there is something for everyone.

Everyone who completes all 12 workouts by April 30th will be receiving a limited edition challenge water bottle and achievement badge!
