Attitude of Gratitude Challenge

Did you know that practicing gratitude daily can drastically improve our overall mental health and outlook on life? But it's not quite as easy as it sounds and takes a lot of practice to cultivate, especially when times are stressful or tough. That's why we're excited to announce the Attitude of Gratitude challenge for the month of November!

This challenge is an encouraging set of audio content, light exercises, journaling prompts and more! You'll learn about what gratitude affects our minds, how to incorporate a simple gratitude practice into your daily life, and connect with other members about their experience. As we all take on this challenge together, we'll leave with a new skills and a more positive perspective.
