We’re thrilled to welcome you to our biggest festival of 2022 - Mighty Month! Team up with your Mighty Health Family to celebrate National Healthy Aging Month this September through a fun month-long challenge and an energizing series of events.

Mighty Month Challenge

We’ve created a unique Mighty Month track to challenge both your body and mind. You’ll enjoy a variety of workouts (including a brand new guided walk), reflective journal prompts, and timely lessons on healthy living!

The Mighty Month Challenge is free and available to everyone - just open the Mighty Health app, go to the “Explore” tab, and add it to your schedule. If you complete the challenge track in September, you’ll receive a limited edition I Am Mighty hat!
