New Year, Mighty You Challenge

The new year gives us all an opportunity for a fresh start — to set new goals, create new habits, and work towards a healthier you. Setting goals is easy, but taking action to achieve them and sticking with our habits is the hard part. That’s why it’s the perfect time to join our New Year, Mighty You Challenge so you can start 2022 off with intention and consistency!

This challenge will be a full workout challenge with a collection of Mighty workouts handpicked by our coaches that target each part of the body. Here's everything that's included:

  • Low Impact Aerobics

  • Body Weight Burn

  • Chair Yoga

  • Cardio Blast

  • Full Body Breakthrough

  • Strength Training at Home

  • Ultimate Full Body Chair

While workout challenges can be difficult, we know you can do it along with support from your coach and our Mighty community! All members who complete the challenge by January 31st will be entered in a raffle to win one of three Fitbits to use with Mighty Health! You can add the challenge on the Explore tab and the special challenge Group on the Group tab.
