February Heart Challenge

February is Heart Health Month and to celebrate, we’re kicking off the first Family Challenge in Mighty Health history!

We’re challenging all Mighty members to complete a track of 8 workouts by February 28th. To sign up, go to the Explore tab and add a February Heart Challenge track. We have a beginner and intermediate track to choose from so there is something for everyone.

We all know sticking to resolutions can be tough once February rolls around, so let’s keep up the momentum! Let’s all be heart healthy together ❤️
