Welcome to our biggest festival of the year - Mighty Month 2021! To celebrate National Healthy Aging Month (September), we're bringing together the Mighty Family with our biggest hits — a brand new challenge and a series of incredible events you won't want to miss.

Mighty Month Challenge

For Mighty Month, we've created a special track combining our most popular strengthening, balance and cardio workouts, a new stress reducing meditation, and brand new lessons on healthy aging!

All members who complete the challenge will get an exclusive Mighty Month t-shirt!

Mighty Month Kickoff hosted by CEO James Li

Our Co-founder and CEO will help us start Mighty Month strong by announcing some exciting new features and talking about the future of Mighty Health. 🤫 There will also be a chance for you to ask questions and submit your ideas!

Q&A with Mighty Trainers Allison and Julie

Join us as Mighty Health trainers Allison Woodward and Julie Diamond answer all of your burning questions about exercise and aging! They'll share their tips on how to stay fit no matter your fitness level and give us inspiration on how to actually stick to our goals.

Healthy Aging Q&A with Dr. Eric Tam

Mighty Health physician and Editor in Chief Dr. Eric Tam will answer all of your questions about proper nutrition and aging well in an encore of one of our most well-attended events of the year. You can submit your questions using the form below or ask them live at the event.

Mighty Member Panel
