So sad this great program is ending. this program was the best.
I did my first real hike since I nearly died in October. I did 2.97 miles, in a hilly area, in 42 minutes. that's a pretty good pace for where I am coming from! I will get faster and increase my length back to my 10 to 15 miles!

I just.completed my 4th chair core workout. Then, I cleaned my daughter's house, fillowed by a ling shower. I'm off work today babysitting my grandbabies, and the kiddos are at school. It dawned on me that this journey I am on would be easier if I wasn't working full-time!
