This may not seem like a lot, but it is huge to me. I have worked out on other programs before and never completed 5 straight days. I am looking forward to seeing this turn into 10,15....100. I feel so much better when I workout.
I just wanted to share that I had my 3 week weigh in yesterday and I have lost 25 pounds. I love this app! I like being accountable for my steps, excercise and food log.8

Woo hoo! I now love walking so much! I look forward to my daily walks around my neighborhood, seeing the changes in the weather, the trees and flowers, and petting dogs as their people walk them.
I am famous for saying "I will start tomorrow" and then NOT and say the same thing the next day as I grow a day older and a day more unhealthy. I joined yesterday afternoon and and said I would start exercising "tomorrow". I got up earlier than normal and did it! Yay! I feel better mentally for following through.
