Have not made the sweet potato brownies, yet. I made a no flour black bean brownie for a party yesterday. I tasted a small bite. To my surprise they're actually very good. Now I just need to figure out how what to use for alt sugar. I think applesauce is not good for this recipe. it used a can of black beans, cocoa powder, and instant coffee as the main flavor ingredients.
