Back by popular demand, we're bringing back one of the most popular events in Mighty history: a mindfulness meditation with Justin Nassiri! Mindfulness is a crucial component to staying in the present, living with gratitude, and decreasing our stress and anxiety.
Whether it's your first time trying meditation or you're a regular, Justin will be guiding us through a 30 minute meditation suited for all experience levels to help us unwind and improve our mindfulness skills. After we finish up the meditation, Justin will be answering questions from the live audience so we can all learn more about the basics of mindfulness and how to practice consistently on our own.
