Pumpkin Zucchini Bread Ingredients:
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup coconut oil
3/4 cup honey or maple syrup (replacement for sugar)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup grated zucchini
1 1/2 cups almond or coconut flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon allspice
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
1/2 cup raisins (optional)
