How to Make Chia Seed Pudding
Chia Seed Pudding Ingredients
1 cup non dairy milk (almond milk, coconut milk, cashew milk)
3 tablespoons chia seeds
β teaspoon of vanilla extract
Pinch of cinnamon

Try stirring these into your chia seed pudding mixture for extra flavor:

Chia Seed Pudding Instructions:
Combine the milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a mason jar or small bowl. If you are adding any additional mix in ingredients, add and stir now.
Whisk in chia seeds and cover.
Place in the fridge for at least two hours or overnight. You want the chia seeds to have time to absorb the liquid and soften so it turns into a pudding-like texture.
