I just joined because I want to get healthier. I work 12 hour days and I know I don't eat healthy. I need motivation to cook or make healthy meals. I also want to get more flexible. I'm having knee pain and I realize I am on my feet all day and I don't bend or stretch my legs much. I want to start doing yoga for flexibility.
