Hi! I'm Cathy. I'm a mom and wife, restaurant owner, homestead farmer, and about to start a PhD program full time. I have an auto immune disease which makes my body sensitive to inflammation. I lost 30 lbs over a couple of years but I injured myself running and ended up gaining 10 lbs again. I want to stop the weight gain and learn how to maintain a healthy lifestyle long term.

Caffeine can improve mood and reduces depression ☺️! 2. Life-long consumption has shown to prevent cognitive decline as well as decreases risk of stroke, Parkinson’s disease and Alzheimers 🙌! 3. Coffee consumption has been shown to decrease the risk for both kidney stones and gallstones 💪! 4. In cohort studies, habitual coffee consumption has been consistently associated with a reduced risk of type 2 diabetes in a dose–response relationship 👏! 5. Consumption of 2 to 5 standard cups of coffee per day has been associated with reduced mortality in cohort studies across the world 👐! I can't wait to see you all next on the Dr. Eric Debunks 🥰!
