Hello everyone. I wanted to try this program out for the free trial to see how I gel with it. I just turned 50 last week Wednesday and noticed some changes in my body and wanted to join a support group to celebrate and own challenges that may come up on my journey.
I also want to say this out loud to stay accountable...I've had a variety of back issues and have had a lot of fear around strength training, which is not helping my body image at all. Despite pain and fear I am jumping I to this program!

Hi! I'm back with more support this time! my husband had eye awaking experience this spring... had to have a heart cath. He has begun to "clean out" our pantry!
