Hello everyone! I joined with hope the exercise programs will be more joint friendly. I have been using a VR platform to exercise & although fun, it has caused me shoulder issues so alas it's time for me to change how I exercise. I also do intermittent fasting which worked wonders and made me feel good...until I fell off that wagon. I hope to continue with IF, this time with a healthy nutrition plan in place. I need motivation to move me along when the brakes hit so I hope to find like-minded folks who can give me the push I may need, LOL. Best to all.

Coach A Hey Chris! Thank you so much for sharing this and we are all here to support you! Our workouts are low impact and are easy on the joints. I suggest keeping your coach updated on your workouts. She will be able to help you find the right workouts for you!
