BACKHello, Sue here. Im an older active retired lady. I'm trying to lose weight I joined Weight watchers too lost 10 lbs. I am eating better and exercising everyday. Had a bad fall last year and had shoulder surgery. This really put me back So here's to hoping something works. I only wish I had someone to do this with me. Well Sue! We're here with each other. I am in Pennsylvania but this program, the forum, the coaches and meetings via zoom help to feel like we are on the same journey. My husband and 2 teenage boys are getting more interested in eating better and exercising. Maybe family or friends will see you take care of yourself and want to join you!
