Hello Everyone, I'm Dee from south florida, I joined because I am seeking a community of other like minded individuals who are also on a health path of mind and body, I am active and I enjoy running, however I'm looking to incorporate other low impact workouts into my routine. I would also like help with my eating habits. I'm happy to be hear and can't wait to hear from others.
Today was good day I stayed focus on my food intake I use to eat late and lay down but today I ate early and completed my goal to eat non processed foods. My goal is to lose weight and when I lose it I will not go back and look for it because the last time I did I found it. 😊
Today I took my weight and found out 285lbs instead of 274lbs which was a few months ago. Felt disappointed but this program helped because of the unity and support I feel I can do this 3 days no Pepsi that's a big step for me because food is my only enjoyment a movie and something good to eat. I am being transparent because I believe it will help me. Thanks to all of you that's in this with me I feel confident I can do this.

Hi!! I used Mighty Health a year or two ago for a while. Then life happened. I'm back now and staying. The exercise options work so well and I don't feel like an elephant trying to dance with gazelles as I do on other fitness apps. I'm a retired computer programmer with too many things I want to do, and self-care needs to come first!
