Lindsay T Hi Anglie! this is a great question. The keto diet is an eating pattern that involves eating extremely low carb usually less than 50 to 70 g per day. When doing keto, the body is depleted of carbs so much that it then turns to fat for the bodies main energy source. Low carb is a lot less restrictive and involves simply eating less carbs usually around 130 g per day low carb is generally preferred as it is more sustainable than the keto diet.
