Cauliflower is so versatile as it can be used as a replacement for many high carb food recipes we enjoy such a pizza. When storing cauliflower in the fridge, keep it as moisture-free as possible. Here are two ways that you can store cauliflower in the fridge: 1. Place the cauliflower stem-up to help avoid condensation on the head. 2. Wrap the whole head of cauliflower in a perforated plastic bag. 3. Store it in the crisper drawer to allow air exchange. You can also cut up the cauliflower before storing it. 1. Dry the florets on a paper towel. 2. Transfer them to an airtight container. 3. Place them in the fridge. Cauliflower or florets can last four or five days in the refrigerator.
