I started taking Mounjaro on Friday. I don't have any appetite. I'm trying to still eat something but it's challenging because I want nothing. I'm not even craving things- including sweets (a good thing). So today I had a coffee protein and energy shake- very low in sugar. Later I had about 6 strawberries. I plan to have a handful of cashews. I know this sounds crazy but yesterday I ate a whole lemon straight. 🙃

Sandra R Hi Amy, I also struggle with little to no appetite. I try to eat at least two meals a day with a protein shake. My meals usually contain vegetables and sometimes meat and poultry. I especially like stir fried chicken and vegetables. I do eat, but I'm not gaining like I should. Sometimes I give into sweets but not often. Best of luck to you

Amy W Tee, my appetite is back some. I found once I eat an actual meal, I get hungry again; maybe what I'm eating. Whenever I'm with my daughter we don't seem to agree on lunch places and then I don't have the willpower. I didn't eat terribly bad though. Yes the lemon satisfies sugar for some reason.

Penny L it took me forever, it felt like, to get used to taking monjuro. I still have a lot of days I don't feel like eating. I think you are doing wonderfully. keep it up. you've got this!!!
