I have been making these burgers for about 12 years now. I double the recipe and freeze the extras so I can pull one out of the freezer when I don't have something else prepared. They are absolutely FABULOUS! I'll make a salad and a veggie to go with a burger, and that makes a great meal. I forego the bread. they are good on their own! Google the recipe name to get the full recipe. I hope you love them as much as I do!

Sandy T oh my!!!!! These were amazing. So good. I only had 1/4 c feta. I used 2 whole eggs. I didn't want to divide my eggs. in a hurry so I said. "More Protein!!!" I used more herbs 1 tsp of basil and 1 tsp of oregano. No extra salt. I had 1.2 lbs and it made 6 burgers good size. Cooked on the griddle with very little oil. Got the full recipe instructions off the website. Looks messy to stir but keep mixing. Spooned out into patties and they stayed together. So delicious. My husband loves them and he is picky about needing flavor.

Sandy T One more thing. No bun needed almost taste like it has a little bread in patty. But it doesn't. 👍
