Hello folks. I'm curious to know if there are any other people in this community besides me who eat a completely plant-based (ie, vegan) diet? If so, what are some of your favorite plant-based recipes or cooking styles? I try to lean toward whole food ingredients, rather than processed foods, especially those engineered to mimic animal based foods, although I must admit that I sometimes incorporate processed foods for the convenience. I'd like to work my way out of that, but it will take some work to get me there.
