Hello folks. I'm curious to know if there are any other people in this community besides me who eat a completely plant-based (ie, vegan) diet? If so, what are some of your favorite plant-based recipes or cooking styles? I try to lean toward whole food ingredients, rather than processed foods, especially those engineered to mimic animal based foods, although I must admit that I sometimes incorporate processed foods for the convenience. I'd like to work my way out of that, but it will take some work to get me there.

Angela C Hey Skip! Welcome to the community and thank you for sharing your back story! I am also plant based and I try to eat whole foods as much as i can. If I don't eat whole foods, I just make sure to check the labels for processed food items! As far as recipes goes, I cook all the foods I enjoy, but i just swap or take out the ingredients to make it healthy and plant based ☺️! We have some plant based recipes on our website if you are looking for new recipes to try. Also if you need any recipe ideas, you can always ask your coach and the community for ideas!
