Kathy F Me too! I have some in this morning's teacup. I also like to put mint in smoothies and fruit salads. and it's a nice after dinner tea all by itself.

Jeanne S love mint -- I add fresh to tabouli -- I plan to make fresh spring rolls with it. I imagine it would be delicious in regular and black bean brownies but not sure is extract or oil is better than leaf

Lisa K I love mint. I grow it in my garden and use it to make tea, both hot and iced. Adding it to fruit salad is good like Kathy said.

Jeanne S Lisa, you reminded me of a watermelon salad I like and used to make. Watermelon, mint, red onion, feta, balsamic vinegar.
