Well I have not been having mighty days- but I have been making some small changes and doing some reading most days. I don't want to be perfect, or at least I know I can't be. I just want to keep taking steps forward. I have made healthier dinners (zucchini boats- yum! veggie spring rolls and garlic butter chicken with asparagus) and I've stocked up on healthier snacks. I'm down a couple pounds. I just need to do something almost every day.
