Yvonne D My BIGGEST Why is accepting myself at any weight, but I want to lose weight so I feel more confident in how I look and feel about myself!!

Robert S My biggest why is still to loose weight with the expectation that that would improve quality of life. I have lost weight and that has allowed me to enjoy being with my family & enjoying life more. Thanks to MH for helping me do so!

Nancy D I first thought my BIG WHY was to lose weight, but now I think my BIG WHY is to be healthier with losing weight as a benefit of eating better and moving more.

Nancy H my big why started as I had a fatty liver and the doctor said I had to lose weight. once I saw him and he was satisfied I started to slip. getting back as with health and longevity.
