Let’s talk about measurements another important NSV!
A major part of your journey is based around goals and reaching milestones. We want to take a moment to highlight that your journey and success is not only determined by a scale number but by your non-scale victories (NSV) as well! One key way you can embrace your success is by taking body measurements!
Why we put emphasis on taking measurements is it’s common to see more inches lost than weight for adults 45 and older. Being open to victories off the scale will push you through those hard times and force you to see that all of your hard work is paying off!
Have you taken measurements? If so, how do you log/save them to see change over time?
If measurements are something you want to do but do not know where to start, message your coach and they will happily send some easy “how to” steps.
