Trying to live healthy
Got some walking in today I'm trying to be more active since I'm training for a half marathon lost 2 lb too I'm happy. I'm 278 today I was 280 the past week.
Look forward to new program. just lost 40 lbs. hit plateau and starting fresh with Mighty Health
Half marathon training today. now I'm tired. walking tomorrow too.

Today is my first day. I walk with cane but do what I can do. Just keep thinking positive and carry on.
