So frustrating. I have begun the habit of using the treadmill to get my steps in. worked out late last night, only got a few hours sleep and the side of my thigh is hurting from the hip to the knee. hurts to put weight on it. work through it or rest it? I was doing so well

Angela C Hey Deborah! I apologize that you are experiencing this. I do also suggest to rest it and not work through the pain. You got this and you are supported through this! Once your body feels better, you can get back on track to getting your steps in!

Tee M So sorry you are experiencing that discomfort. Always listen to your body and rest when you need. you do not want to make things worse. As always follow up with a physician if it persists. ♥️

Karen O It may be your IT Band (iliotibial band) it's a tendon that runs from the knee up to the hip, just a thought
