Amy D Self love and care. Start slowly and only do what the doctor's limit you too. Sleep if you feel sick. You'll get back there. I was sick Since last Sunday with yesterday being my worst day. Soup broth is good for sore throat, hydration and filling up. I pureed up the Thanksgiving veggies with veggie broth and a couple other things to make it like a meal.

Robin H Ask your Dr for anti-nausea meds to help you eat and get your strength back. Surgery and then flu must be terrible๐Ÿ˜ข. Hoping you feel better soon!! ๐Ÿค—
