Angela C Hey Deb! Great Question! Recent researches have shown that Intermittent Fasting can improve your hearth health. It is important to know the disadvantages of it though. Fasting can be dangerous if not done correctly, and it is not recommended for people with hormonal imbalances, eating disorders, diabetes and certain other medical considerations.   Fasting is a personal choice and it is all about how your body feels. I would highly sugest to talk to your doctor so he/she can guide you in the right direction.
