I am nearing an age that some of my biggest challenges may be considered somewhat normal, possibly. I do believe every age and stage of our lives is such a blessing. When added mindfulness, awareness, and love this is so inspiring and encouraging 🥰 Thank you, Mighty family ♥️

Did a workout today

I walk a lot. I have a dog and I love walking. I like long walks in wooded areas because I love trees. Luckily, my State had lots of chests forests and my dog is a Service dog so he can go everywhere I go. He's my best friend.
