I admit, I'm still somewhat confused about all of this although I am learning. I believe some of my diet intake has been very unhealthy and possibly for long in the past. I have carried big pregnancies and have also been difficult on my body without allowing proper healing often times, as well. I'm learning how much our basic nutrition intake affects our bodies, and also the symptoms that may result. I may be experiencing some hormonal imbalance among other factors. Not yet in menopause, although a scan showed some factors that represent some very serious female concerns. The next step is an ultrasound of my endometrial tissue. I am being worked into a very busy schedule. I believe that it depends on the results of the ultrasound for the steps that may need to follow that, but definitely an appointment with an on-call provider. Thank God none of it is an emergency at this point. I am grateful for every day, every breath, clean water, food, and so much more! Have a blessed night 🥰

Did a workout today
I walk a lot. I have a dog and I love walking. I like long walks in wooded areas because I love trees. Luckily, my State had lots of chests forests and my dog is a Service dog so he can go everywhere I go. He's my best friend.
