Did a workout today
I walk a lot. I have a dog and I love walking. I like long walks in wooded areas because I love trees. Luckily, my State had lots of chests forests and my dog is a Service dog so he can go everywhere I go. He's my best friend.
Not really a big deal (IMHO).

Did 2 workouts yesterday. strength training and cardio ones . I'm 285 I struggle to lose anything I'm trying though
Those steps add up. At a time that I can't do much else, I can walk.
