I’m ashamed to say that when I first started with Mighty Health, I weighed 180 pounds. And when my doctor said, “Okay, Renee, you really need to start getting serious,” that's when I knew I had to start focusing on it. I was motivated from the moment I found my Mighty Health. So now after almost a year, I've lost a total of 50 pounds! There’s a lot of different programs out there, but I have to admit, I haven't seen one that can compare to Mighty Health.

It feels good because I know what it's done for me. I know how it's made me feel, made me look. I feel healthy inside and out, so I love that! My mom loves it too. When I started doing the program, I realized that Mighty Health was for 50 plus. As I've been through the program, I see how it's geared for the older person, and I've seen the pounds come off. 

It looks good to me. I feel good when I look in a mirror! Mighty Health makes it so simple.

I was on Instagram mid-pandemic when I happened to see Mighty Health, and I was right in the mindset of, “I need to jump back in.” But I needed something to give me that structure and push me. So I downloaded the app to try for seven days, and then signed up for a year. Mighty Health is very user friendly, very age appropriate. I'm 66, and I can really can do any of the exercises that I've been given. I feel like that structure really helped me a lot.

For me, my life health goal is to stay strong, stay active, and stay really healthy because I want to live a mobile, active life. I like Mighty Health because it’s approachable and I could easily follow it! I was a big disbeliever in 30 minute workouts, but if you do enough of them, and you do them consistently, you're much stronger. The motivation to do it every day is a key ingredient to Mighty Health. The first thing I do when I get up in the morning is look at my Mighty Health app, set myself up for the day, and go. 

My coach asks me a lot of really good, pointed questions about what I want to do, and then she'll give me a little feedback. It's nice to know that I can touch base with her.  Now we've gotten to be close enough that I'll send her pictures if I'm out hiking, and it's nice to hear really positive feedback on that!
