Here’s what you need:

  • No sugar peanut butter

  • Butter or coconut oil

  • Maple syrup

  • Sugar-free chocolate

Change out the type of chocolate you use to make different varieties of the dessert. For example, use dark chocolate for a richer flavor or white for a little variety.  

These keto peanut butter cups are no-bake, so you don’t have to use the oven. You will need a medium mixing bowl, cupcake molds, a stovetop or microwave, and a refrigerator. Because the candy must be set, making these treats the night before the party might be smart. 

Pro-tip: Use ghee or coconut oil instead of butter if you are dairy-free.

Chocolate Macadamia Nut Fat Bombs

How could you go wrong with sweet treats containing chocolate and macadamia nuts? They take only a few minutes to make and just four ingredients. 

Here’s what you need:

  • Sugar-free dark chocolate, Stevia-sweetened chips

  • MCT or coconut oil

  • Coarse salt or sea salt

  • Raw macadamia nuts cut in half

You’ll also want to use a truffle mold or mini muffin pan to shape the candy. These are no-bake desserts – just melt your chocolate chips in the microwave.

Keto Chocolate Cupcakes

No Halloween party is complete without a few scary cupcakes. This recipe is perfect if you are celebrating your spooky holiday with low carb treats. 

Here’s what you need:

  • Almond flour

  • Cocoa powder

  • Baking powder

  • Sea salt

  • Butter

  • Monk fruit allulose blend

  • Eggs

  • Unsweetened almond milk 

  • Vanilla extract

You’ll also need an oven, a large bowl, and a mixer. They will bake for 20-25 minutes, so plan ahead. 

Pro-tip: Make them extra spooky with a low carb frosting and Stevia dark chocolate chips. Mix a block of no-fat cream cheese with vanilla extract and Stevia confectioners sugar. Put the frosting in a piping bag and swirl it on top of cooled cupcakes. Add a couple of chips for eyes, and your low carb cupcakes are now haunting the party. 

Low-Carb Coffee Cake

Halloween is all about chocolate – or is it? How about something for a more sophisticated palette?

Here’s what you need:

  • Butter

  • Monk fruit sugar substitute

  • Eggs

  • Heavy cream

  • Vanilla extract

  • Almond flour

  • Baking powder

  • Sea salt

  • Brown monk fruit or Stevia sugar substitute

  • Cinnamon

  • Powdered Monk fruit or sugar substitute 

This recipe is made up of three sections: the cake, the streusel, and the icing, so it will take some time to prepare. Once in the oven, you’ll need about 25 minutes of baking time. 

Pro-tip: Make the cake and streusel first. While they are baking, do the icing to save some time. 

Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies

Like cupcakes, chocolate chip cookies are a Halloween party staple. Who will know if yours are low carb? 

Here’s what you need:

  • Almond flour

  • Baking powder

  • Butter or vegan butter

  • Maple syrup

  • Vanilla extract

  • Sugar-free chocolate chips

You’ll get about 12 cookies for each batch, so plan to make a few. They only take 10 to 12 minutes to bake. 

Pro-tip: Turn your cookies into green scary monsters with a few spinach leaves. Just blend or cook them before adding to your batter to control the liquid.

Low Carb Sweet Potato Brownies

Of course, you'll want a few brownies to complete the sweet menu. 

Here’s what you need:

  • Mashed sweet potato

  • Eggs

  • Honey

  • Unsalted butter or coconut oil

  • Vanilla extract

  • Almond flour

  • Unsweetened cocoa powder

  • Baking powder

  • Salt

Just place your mixed brownie batter in an 8 x 8 pan lined with parchment paper. They take about 30 minutes to bake. 

Pro-tip:
