Do you have guilty pleasure “red” recipes that you wish you could eat more often? We know sticking to a clean diet is not always easy and sometimes our cravings take over. But what if we could turn those red recipes into green ones? Now is your chance with our Spring Cleaning Up Your Diet event! At this event, members will submit their favorite guilty recipes beforehand and our coaches will choose 5 to “clean up” with alternatives so you can eat them any time. To submit a recipe, just enter it in the “Do you have any questions” box after you RSVP. We will also create a post in our Delicious & Nutritious community and you can comment your recipe there. This new style of event is one you won’t want to miss!
