Mindful Meditation - Self Compassion

Have you tried meditating, but can’t quite get yourself to sit still and focus? Mindfulness is a crucial component to staying in the present, living with gratitude, and decreasing our stress and anxiety. Whether it's your first time trying meditation or you're a regular, Justin will be guiding us through a 20 minute meditation suited for all experience levels to help us unwind and improve our mindfulness skills. After we finish up the meditation, Justin will answers a few questions from the live audience so we can all learn more about the basics of mindfulness and how to practice consistently on our own.
