Mindful Eating Exercise
You’ve heard of mindful meditation... but have you ever tried mindful eating? The benefits of mindful eating include increased awareness of hunger and fullness, better digestion, and even weight loss. It all sounds great, but how do we practice it?
Coach Lindsay will be teaching us all how to mindfully eat at our next live event through a fun, interactive exercise! All you need to bring is a small snack (like a few raisins, nuts, or crackers) and Lindsay will guide us through the rest. We look forward to seeing you there!
