We’re taking you back to Mary’s kitchen but this time, it’s for a workout! Mary’s newest series is all about teaching us the basics of Barre. Barre is a popular low-impact strengthening exercise that targets individual muscle groups. Mary will teach us all of the terminology, the core positions, and how to practice safely at home. This class requires no equipment, except for something to stabilize yourself like your kitchen counter or a chair. Mary has decades of experience teaching barre, so we’re in for a treat!
