Aliza S just keep trying. stay in the green zone for foods. and moving is so good it feels good afterwards

Terri M Hang in there and don't give up. I've been on this program since January and I haven't done so well either. But I have made some progress and I'm proud of my little progress. Recently my coach said don't look at each day as all or nothing. That has made a big difference in my attitude towards my goal. I have about 70 pounds to lose and I know it will take time and one step at a time to change my eating habits.
