I'm back after a hiatus. My husband who sabotages my diet efforts is going to be away for 7 days. I figure this is a good time to restart my effort at eating healthy and exercising. For me, exercising is the hard part with or without my husband. I was an incredible exerciser my whole life until menopause hit. Now I am such a slug! I am only motivated to sit on my back porch and read a good book. I hope to set some good habits in the next 7 days!
