Hi! I'm Cathy. I'm a mom and wife, restaurant owner, homestead farmer, and about to start a PhD program full time. I have an auto immune disease which makes my body sensitive to inflammation. I lost 30 lbs over a couple of years but I injured myself running and ended up gaining 10 lbs again. I want to stop the weight gain and learn how to maintain a healthy lifestyle long term.

Hi! I am over 60 and can't seem to stop gaining weight since I changed to a desk job. I am pretty good about watching what I eat but I need to move/exercise and I need accountability.
