Jamie G personally, I enjoy the workouts and nutritional guidance. I'm pretty new here (week three after trial week). This program keeps me motivated and moving. The tracking part really keeps you accountable! Best of luck to you on your journey!

Darlene B for me, it's the workouts which accommodate all levels of fitness and strength. I have not found workouts anywhere else that are so perfect for my age and abilities.

Deborah S Yes, it's great to have workouts that are doable when one isn't feeling that great and they are therapeutic to make me feel better... also to have some accountability about what I eat everyday, a reality check!? Im not running out to a health spa anymore and think about the money I save on gas and co- pays...also that it's a holistic approach...Mind,,body,soul as opposed to programs that just focus on a person as a physical machine... never works for me.

Susana P i have a tough time scheduling g on a consistent basis. I love the workouts, the accountability for the workouts and the nutritional guidance. if I have to write it down, I think twice before I put it in my mouth. Accountability for the workouts is huge! I need to get them in, even if at the end of the evening. if I get interrupted, I pause it, or backtrack it.
