Hi - I feel a little like a fish out of water. I live with fibromyalgia, a mood disorder and CPTSD and as a result have been disabled since I was 30. I am now 40. I am used to fitness programs where my motto has been "Kick your own ass until you can kick someone else's", but my fibro has made that level of intensity unrealistic. There is so much pressure in the mainstream fitness industry for you to push harder, further, faster constantly and my body can't keep up. I am hoping this app and community will help me approach my fitness in a way that is encouraging and empowering despite my limitations.

I have not started exercising because I never know how I am going to feel one day to the next. I would like to try because I do need to keep moving as well losing weight, some days I won't be Able to exercise I will try my best to stick with it.
