Hello Mighty Health Family 🫶! I hope to those that were able to join us on this month’s Dr. Eric Debunks yesterday learned a lot because I know I did 🙌! Here were some of my takeaways: 1. Caffeine can improve mood and reduces depression ☺️! 2. Life-long consumption has shown to prevent cognitive decline as well as decreases risk of stroke, Parkinson’s disease and Alzheimers 🙌! 3. Coffee consumption has been shown to decrease the risk for both kidney stones and gallstones 💪! 4. In cohort studies, habitual coffee consumption has been consistently associated with a reduced risk of type 2 diabetes in a dose–response relationship 👏! 5. Consumption of 2 to 5 standard cups of coffee per day has been associated with reduced mortality in cohort studies across the world 👐! I can't wait to see you all next on the Dr. Eric Debunks 🥰!
