Hello Mighty Health Family ! I hope to those that were able to join us on this month’s Dr. Eric Debunks yesterday learned a lot because I know I did 🙌! Here were some of my takeaways: 1. Caffeine can improve mood and reduces depression ☺️! 2. Life-long consumption has shown to prevent cognitive decline as well as decreases risk of stroke, Parkinson’s disease and Alzheimers 🙌! 3. Coffee consumption has been shown to decrease the risk for both kidney stones and gallstones 💪! 4. In cohort studies, habitual coffee consumption has been consistently associated with a reduced risk of type 2 diabetes in a dose–response relationship 👏! 5. Consumption of 2 to 5 standard cups of coffee per day has been associated with reduced mortality in cohort studies across the world 👐! I can't wait to see you all next on the Dr. Eric Debunks 🥰! Hello. I am LV. I joined the program about five days ago and I finally finished two complete days. I'm here for accountability, structure and inspiration. I've been injured for nearly 2 years as a result of my occupation. I have been receiving mayofascial release treatments and they have made a world of difference for me. So much so that I'm able to be here and actually believe that I can exercise. I mostly Stretch 45 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes at night and I do a 20 minute walk. I stretch like my life depends on it because it actually does, I will never get back to normal without the stretching. The walks have been intermittent but I now plan to do them daily. I think I need to move them to mornings. I have some yoga videos that I am going to plug into and some of the videos here. Nice to meet you all and may we all reach our goals.
