Hello MH family! I just joined two days ago. I'm familiarizing myself with this app. My goal is to lower my cholesterol, a1c, shed my midsection, eat better and staying healthy. I joined the Y last week where I'm take senior exercise classes and line dancing. I am a work in progress and with the help of my coach, support and motivation I believe I can lower my numbers, get on a path to eating better and living a healthier lifestyle. I'm a retiree and enjoying this very extended vacation. A former foster parent. I love to bowl, theatre, dacing , community service and spending time with family and friends. Peace and Blessings ๐๐ผ
